QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The quality of products is one of the main goals of the Company. It is the improvement of the product quality in which many companies aim to achieve excellence. The quality of a product when compared to an equally priced component is known to be the deciding factor in the market economy, determining a product's competitiveness.
For the purpose of effective quality management, in 1998 our Company developed, implemented and certified the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001.

The implementation of International Standard ISO 14001 “Environmental Management Systems” is a guarantee of the environmental safety of the Company

The QMS was introduced due to the desire to solve the following issues:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Reducing the volume of non-conforming products (and as a result, nonmanufacturing costs)
  • Creating the brand of a manufacturer of high-quality products (promoting sales growth).

In 2008, the Company successfully certified the Quality Management System to comply with the requirements of the International Standard ISO/TS 16949-2009 in accordance with the TUV CERT methodology (Germany).

The QMS operates based on 8 principles as per ISO 9001:

  4. Process approach.
  5. Systematic approach to management.
  6. Continual improvement.
  7. Factual approach to decision making.
  8. Mutually beneficial supplier relations.

Compliance with the requirements of ISO 16949-2009 is ensured through the following procedures:

Main functions and objectives of the Quality Service:

1.Quality control of products manufactured by the Company, control over their compliance with the standards, specifications, references and design documentation

2. Participation in the creation and implementation of the Quality Management System.

3. Registration and analysis of non-conforming products, development and control over the implementation of measures aimed at eliminating defects.

4. Monitoring and analysis of quality data of products delivered and customer satisfaction

5.Systematisation and determination of identification and traceability methods
